Our health and safety standards are based on the recommendations of the Argentine Ministry of Health, as well as the AHT (Association of Tourists Hotels of the Argentina Republic), HotellerieSuisse (Association of Tourist Accommodation of Switzerland), and Fehgra (Gastronomic Hotel Business Federation of the Argentine Republic).

By following these guidelines and recommendations, we take care of our employees and guests and give them as much security and confidence as possible. We are making every necessary effort to comply with the new hygiene & safety regulations so that employees can work with peace of mind and guests can feel safe while enjoying the wonders of Entre Cielos, knowing that the strictest standards of national and international protocols are met.

CLEANLINESS CHANGES

  • The rooms are completely cleaned and disinfected after each guest’s check-out.
  • In case the guest uses the golf cart to drive, it is disinfected after each use.
  • The reception team, the concierge and the bell-boy are equipped with the appropiate protective elements.
  • All public parts and high contact surfaces are cleaned and disinfected several time a dat and the rooms are regularly ventilated.

HAMAM & SPA

  • The staff will mantain a distance of 2m with the clients. Where it is not possible to have appropriate protective elements.

  • Shifts will be given in such a way that client groups are not mixed.

  • Common areas are signposted to allow for social distancing.

  • Health surveys are sent and filled out in advance and in digital format, to avoid contact with staff.

  • Payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card and the purchase of digital vouchers instead of paper is encouraged.
